Parent/Caregiver Coaching
Our background and approach to Applied Behavior Analysis is through a compassionate lens, with the goal of increasing our client’s access and enjoyment to all of life’s available experiences. Under our parent coaching model, we work collaboratively to develop goals and create a plan that feels doable, tailored to your needs and priorities, and aligned to your family’s values.
The plan
You will be empowered with a variety of methods of coping strategies and use of behavioral tools, as well as receive guidance in proactive and reactive strategies to support behavioral challenges and acquisition of new skills.
I provide coaching and tools to enhance and expand upon the programs and networks you and your family are participating in, integrating the individual components, aligned with your family’s values and goals.
What you will gain
Help in developing personal strategies for managing daily life as a parent and caregiver.
A safe, supportive container to share and discuss experiences and serve as a sounding board for addressing new behaviors or developments.

Supportive, compassionate person in your corner providing honest, unbiased info- assistance in navigating “the system” with the goals of cohesiveness and collaboration to leverage the other programs your child and family participate in.
How it works
Coaching sessions are typically 1 hour – 2x per month.
For optimal results, participation is suggested in 90-day increments.
For your convenience and accessibility, sessions are virtual, and can also be through phone call and occasionally in person.

I work with your schedule and strive to meet your needs.
